You have the right to cancel your purchase on stocked products only, provided you give us written notice within 7 days of receipt of the product. To let us know you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us. Please keep a copy of your cancellation email. Once you have emailed us, please follow the instructions in Delivery and Returns on how to return the product to us.
You will be responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us.
You will need to return the product to us, including all branded packaging at your cost.
You have a duty to take good care of the products while they are in your possession.
We ask that you treat our products with the same care as you would in our store. Keep the tags on, do not remove stickers and retain the original packaging (including authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags) as neatly as you can. Footwear shouldn’t show any indications of wear and tear and posture support products shouldn’t be worn or washed.
We will thoroughly check all returned products and will advise you in writing if there are any concerns or any non-conformities .
A refund will be processed when the goods have been returned and assessed to be in good condition.
If you are happy with your purchase, but have made a mistake and would like to exchange the product to a different size or to a different style, please let us know in writing within 7 days after you receive the product. You will need to return your purchase first, and we will send you the correct product at no cost subject to stock availability and quality of the returned goods. If the required product or size is no longer in stock, we will advise you of alternative options or will issue you a refund.
We will issue you a refund within 15 days of cancellation or receipt of the returned item:
If your order is cancelled before shipment, we will issue you with a full refund including any special delivery charge.
If your order is returned by you after dispatch, we will issue you with a full refund of the product cost. You will be responsible for all associated PayPal, Credit Card charges and return postal charges unless the product was found to be faulty or we made a mistake.
