Our fully orthopaedic sports shoe range are designed to provide all of the required support, width and depth of specialist footwear, but in a cool, active sports style which promotes comfort and breathability in our hot Australian climate. The shoes are similar to sports shoes but are designed with additional height for young active children who require additional support around the ankle to improve postural alignment, improve functional abilities or prevent injury.

The Carmella's House branded orthopeadic sports shoes provide:

• medial and lateral stiffeners for extra support of the foot 

• extra depth which provides enough room for the removable stability insole to be replaced by individual customised foot orthotics

• top grade breathable genuine active leather upper and lining provides comfort for children's feet

• firm high heel counters for support and stability and to prevent tilting of the heel bone.

• available with extended heel stiffeners to offer additional support above the ankle (ie provides the same level of support as the increased stability and extra support footwear but in a sports style)
